Shipping policy
We ship in the most economical way possible, usually USPS or UPS. In some cases, this may cause a slight delay in arrival. Tracking numbers are provided when orders are shipped. Should you receive a package that has been damaged in shipment, please contact us as soon as possible through the email on our Contact page or through Facebook Messenger. We will do everything we can to take care of the situation.
We strive to ship out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, and made to order. If you ever have a question about where we are in the process, please ask.
