All sales are final so please double check spelling and color/design selections before placing your order. Please remember that each item is handmade to order and will be shipped upon completion. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has left our facility.

Please verify that the shipping address you enter is your correct address. We are not responsible for misdirected packages due to an incorrect address. We will use the address you enter when you order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Everything ships with a tracking number. If that number shows that a package has been delivered, we are not liable for a refund or replacement. Please have orders shipped to an address where someone will be there to receive it, whether this is your home, work, a friend or a family member. Once the USPS changes the status of a package to "delivered" they will not pay out claims. Therefore, we can not replace items or reimburse the cost of the loss.
